To support our growing operations, we are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills, with the ability to support multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Update and manage Health & Safety compliance, including uploading certificates to Complyworks and ADP, and assigning employee training.
Monitor and update vehicle registration documentation.
Assist with training funding applications.
Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and conduct initial screening.
Draft employment, promotion, and raise letters.
Maintain employee files, including certifications.
Support employee onboarding by setting up equipment and completing reference checks.
Compile certifications for proposals, update personnel profiles, review proposals, and track deadlines.
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Generate and distribute reports for staff.
Coordinate company events, including logistics and materials.
Prepare and submit funding applications.
Manage internal engagement initiatives such as newsletters, lunch & learns, and employee competitions.
Maintain office supplies, coordinate shipments, and liaise with vendors.

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate or technical environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with HR and H&S systems (e.g., ADP, Complyworks) is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
