A career as an Analyst in Transaction Settlements within the International Settlements of the Operations, Financial Markets and Payments sector at National Bank offers an opportunity to leverage your expertise to develop and execute strategies across all business lines. You will contribute to the Bank's transformation through involvement in various transaction settlement processes.

Your job :

  1. Act as a resource person for activities related to Canadian & American Settlement
  2. Oversee the settlement of equity transactions at the depository
  3. Analyze discrepancies related to the process
  4. Monitor activities and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures
  5. Interact with different sectors of the Bank to provide technical support to stakeholders
  6. Provide information for decision-making and recommend process improvements

Your team :

This position reports to the Manager of International Settlements. You will collaborate daily with a team of experts. We are a growing team of twelve motivated employees and offer the opportunity to work remotely.

Prerequisites :

  • A three-year college diploma or equivalent in a related field, plus three years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Good knowledge of Listed Products
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to work under pressure accurately and efficiently
  • Experience in Financial Market and Payment Operations
  • Experience in resolving issues with irregular transactions
