REPRÉSENTANT /REPRÉSENTANTE DES VENTESSOMMAIRE DU POSTE :
Un leader dans le domaine de la transformation du bois, est à la recherche d'un(e) Représentant(e) des Ventes afin de développer activement sa clientèle et faire rayonner la qualité de ses produits, notamment ses panneaux d'OSB de haute performance.
Le/la titulaire du poste aura pour mandat de mettre en valeur l'offre de l'entreprise auprès de nouveaux clients, tout en assurant un service à la clientèle exemplaire.
Il/elle sera responsable de la prospection, de la prise de contact sur le terrain, de la négociation des ententes commerciales ainsi que du suivi rigoureux des comptes.
Il/elle jouera un rôle stratégique dans l'établissement de nouvelles relations d'affaires alignées avec les orientations corporatives, tout en collaborant étroitement avec les autres départements pour assurer la satisfaction des clients, la conformité aux normes, et l'atteinte des objectifs financiers de l'entreprise.RESPONSABILITÉS :
Développement de la clientèle, identifier et cibler de nouveaux clients dans différents secteurs.
Il doit ensuite rencontrer ces clients pour établir des relations commerciales.Présenter les produits Arbec de manière technique et persuasive, en les adaptant aux besoins spécifiques des clients.Préparer des soumissions et négocier les termes des ententes commerciales avec les clients.Assurer la signature des contrats, en respectant les politiques de prix et de crédit de l'entreprise.Il maintient une relation de confiance avec les clients par un suivi après la vente.En cas de problème, il résout rapidement les issues liées aux commandes, livraisons ou produits, en collaboration avec les équipes internes.Travailler étroitement avec les départements de production, logistique et service à la clientèle afin d'assurer un service optimal.
Il met à jour les rapports de visites, les comptes-rendus d'activité et les prévisions de ventes.COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:
Diplôme d'études collégiales (DEC) en gestion de commerce ou domaine similaire.De 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en vente interentreprises.Réseau de contacts bien établi dans le secteur de la construction.Disponibilité et flexibilité pour effectuer des déplacements fréquents, incluant des trajets de longues distances.QUALITÉS REQUISES :
Habilité à travailler seul et en équipe.
Faire preuve d'entregent auprès des clients potentiels.Capacité à communiquer de manière claire et efficace.Sens de la négociation et de la persuasion.Proactivité dans l'identification et la gestion des opportunités.Bilinguisme, anglais
