Nous sommes à la recherche d'un conseiller principal ou d'une conseillère principale en gestion d'offres de service pour notre bureau de Montréal.
Sous la direction du Marketing, vous travaillerez en partenariat avec l'ensemble des expertises de la firme et serez responsable, entre autres, de :
Fournir un leadership stratégique dans la revue des processus liés à la préparation d'offres de service afin d'en maximiser l'efficacité.
Piloter la rédaction et/ou rédiger du contenu pour des offres de service avec les spécialistes en la matière, pour communiquer efficacement notre proposition de valeur, répondre aux besoins de la clientèle et satisfaire aux critères d'évaluation.
Assurer la gestion de projet et une coordination efficace de la préparation des offres de service :
Établir le plan de projet et assurer le suivi
Assurer la conformité des offres de services
Mettre en œuvre des mesures de contrôle de la qualité pour assurer la conformité de toutes les offres de service et le respect des normes de qualité les plus élevées.
Vous devez détenir un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent et posséder au moins dix (10) ans d'expérience de travail en gestion d'offres de service, idéalement au sein d'une firme de services professionnels.
Être membre de l'APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) est un atout.
