À propos du rôle :
L'adjoint administratif ou l'adjointe administrative travaille avec les membres de l'équipe pour les soutenir dans leurs activités quotidiennes, tout en veillant à ce que les activités et les opérations du bureau de circonscription se déroulent sans fautes.
Voici un sommaire des tâches principales du rôle :
Fournir divers services administratifs afin d'assurer le bon déroulement des activités et d'aider le bureau de circonscription à atteindre ses objectifs et priorités.
Recevoir et filtrer les appels téléphoniques, accueillir les visiteurs et répondre aux questions générales des électeurs.
Recevoir, traiter et transmettre les courriels et le courrier au personnel désigné.
Recueillir, compiler et tenir à jour diverses bases de données d'information.
Soutenir les membres de l'équipe dans la planification du programme du député dans la circonscription.
Participer à des projets spéciaux visant à accroître l'efficacité administrative du bureau.
Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe à l'organisation d'événements spéciaux, d'activités et de conférences de presse.
Besoins opérationnels Bien que l'horaire soit flexible, dans le cadre de ses fonctions, le ou la titulaire du poste pourra être appelé(e) à voyager et, à l'occasion, à travailler de longues heures et certaines fins de semaine.
