Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) - ou Directeur(trice) Principal(e) pour ceux justifiant d'une expérience de 10 ans et plus - prêt(e) à relever des défis stimulants et à participer activement à notre réussite collective.
Vos responsabilités :
Supervision de mandats :
Diriger, encadrer et réviser des missions d'audit et d'examen auprès d'une clientèle variée (commission scolaire, garderies, secteur automobile, milieu manufacturier, agriculture, municipalités, etc.) Gestion d'équipe :
Assurer le suivi et le développement d'équipes pluridisciplinaires, incluant chefs de mission et stagiaires, tout en maintenant un environnement de travail collaboratif et motivant Gestion opérationnelle :
Suivre les objectifs en termes d'heures facturables, d'heures de gestion et de formation, en respectant un modèle adaptable aux réalités de chacun (ex.

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 à 12 ans en certification pour le poste de Directeur (et de 10 ans et plus pour un poste de Directeur Principal) Vous possédez le titre de CPA auditeur Vous maîtrisez la suite MS 365, ainsi que les outils de travail spécifiques (CaseWare, CaseView) Vous avez à cœur l'excellence professionnelle et le service à la clientèle Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement dynamique, flexible et collaboratif Vous savez atteindre vos objectifs sans nécessairement accumuler des heures excessives (nous valorisons l'efficacité et l'équilibre vie professionnelle/vie personnelle) Ce que nous recherchons :
