What You Can Expect in This Role:
Learn how to lead face-to-face customer interactions with professionalism and integrity Gain hands-on training in sales, team leading, and campaign management Develop key business skills including goal setting, time management, and team collaboration Learn how to train, coach, and motivate others Work closely with experienced mentors and receive ongoing feedback and support Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Represent clients in face-to-face customer interactions in a professional and approachable manner Assist customers by answering questions and offering tailored solutions Track personal performance and report progress toward daily and weekly goals Participate in team meetings, workshops, and development sessions Support new team members by sharing best practices and fostering a collaborative environment Contribute to campaign setup, territory planning, and field strategy execution Uphold a high standard of customer experience and brand representation What We Offer:
