Le\La Spécialiste en Approvisionnement joue un rôle essentiel dans l'identification des fournisseurs, la négociation des contrats, la gestion des coûts et la garantie d'une chaîne d'approvisionnement compétitive et résiliente.
Ce poste requiert une solide expérience en approvisionnement, en veille commerciale et en négociation avec les fournisseurs afin de générer des économies, d'améliorer la performance des fournisseurs et d'aligner les stratégies de sourcing sur les objectifs commerciaux à long terme.
Le candidat idéal possède une solide expérience en sourcing stratégique et en collaboration interfonctionnelle au sein d'une chaîne d'approvisionnement complexe.
Votre contribution entant que Spécialiste en Approvisionnement:
Approvisionnement stratégique et gestion des fournisseurs
Gérer le processus d'approvisionnement de bout en bout, notamment :
Définition de nouvelles sources d'approvisionnement pour les composants critiques et nouveaux.
Piloter les appels d'offres (RFP), y compris la conception, le déploiement et l'analyse des résultats.
Négocier et établir de nouveaux contrats fournisseurs en adéquation avec les besoins et les plans de croissance de l'entreprise.
Réaliser des analyses « Make-or-Buy » pour évaluer les décisions d'approvisionnement.
Gérer le processus RFSE (« Request for Supplier Evaluation ») pour les nouveaux fournisseurs, y compris les inspections du premier article (« FAI ») et l'amélioration des performances.
Gestion des coûts et analyse de marché
Recueillir et analyser des données et des études de marché afin de suivre les tendances du secteur, les références et les profils de pièces pertinents pour la chaîne de valeur.
Superviser les activités de tarification et d'offre (P&O), en garantissant l'exactitude des prix et la conformité des fournisseurs au projet.
Assurer la liaison entre les flux de valeur de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les autres services de l'organisation.
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en approvisionnement, en sourcing stratégique ou en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Baccalauréat en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en administration des affaires, en approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience avérée en négociations avec les fournisseurs, en exécution de contrats et en stratégies de réduction des coûts.
Solide expérience en analyse de données de marché et en gestion de projets d'approvisionnement.
Maîtrise des systèmes ERP (SAP ou équivalent) et des outils d'approvisionnement.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
Capacité à analyser des données et à formuler des recommandations.
Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
L'anglais est requis pour le poste car la personne sélectionnée devra régulièrement communiquer avec des collègues, clients ou partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
