Digital Media Trader Manager SP

As a Digital Media Trader, you'll have the responsibility to implement, execute, and optimize the media activations of some of our most important leading brands.
P&G is looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual to work on the regional digital media team.
You'll be responsible for bringing innovation to the plans, staying in touch with industry, and assessing consumer & competitive trends.

As a Digital Media Trader you will:

• Be responsible for the End-to-End campaign management and execution in all main digital media platforms for Programmatic, Search, Social, and Video.
  
• Closely partner with Digital Planner to ensure digital campaigns to effectively reach the identified target audience and deliver strong media results.
  
• Analyze, track, and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis.
  Measure the campaigns' performance.
  Proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performances.
  
• Bringing innovative ideas about campaign strategies and staying ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace, and regularly documenting industry trends.
  Connect externally to stay on top of industry & consumers trends.
  
• Continuously improve media processes, solve problems, and troubleshoot to achieve a streamlined operation.
  
• Act as a steward of brand media investments to build channel allocations and adapt to budget changes as needed.
