Due to continued success, we are recruiting a European Business Development Manager to be based anywhere in mainland Europe. Covering the EU territory for Cooneen Defence and Protection, police and military clothing and body armour, the successful person will be a driven Business Development Salesperson who can expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
Identify, target and win new business opportunities across mainland Europe.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in Military and Police organisations.
Implement and drive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms and compliance with company policies.
Provide market feedback to the product development team to influence future product offerings.
Provide regular updates to board management on sales activities, market trends, and progress against targets.
This is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities. The successful job holder will be expected to perform varying tasks as required by their line manager & the overall objectives of the organisation.

Requirements
Essential:
Demonstrable experience in sales or business development, preferably in the military or police sector
Strong networking capabilities within the military and police industries in Europe.
Fluent in English, written and spoken and at least one other European language.
Track record in delivering results in new business set against KPI's.
Willing to be based in mainland Europe with travel to EU territories.
Desirable
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
