Administration Support
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sydney Office Manager, you will be responsible for general administrative duties and providing support to a dedicated program of works.
This includes supporting engineers and project management staff with documentation, reports, plans, formatting, invoicing, meeting preparation, training, onboarding, travel arrangements, and other ad hoc tasks based on project scope and stage.
You will also manage project-specific administrative processes.
You will work independently with minimal guidance but will contribute to a collaborative team environment, developing relationships with key team members.
You will also share reception duties and support projects across the business as needed.

Who you are
You have experience supporting administrative requirements and projects in a consultancy environment, working autonomously and efficiently.
You are adaptable to changing requirements and deadlines, and capable of building relationships across diverse professional backgrounds.
You communicate effectively and are a team player.
