Lead Practitioner, People Capability (UAE nationals preferred)

The role holder will be responsible for designing impactful learning interventions globally, supporting and enhancing work standards, processes, and practices within the Discipline. They must lead by example, sharing expertise to improve squad productivity and performance.
The role primarily supports the localisation agenda in the Middle East and contributes as a squad member on large-scale projects within the Creative and Delivery Discipline, as prescribed by the Hive.
Provide learning and upskilling support across the bank, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and readiness for audits, particularly for the Emiratisation programme.
Collaborate with Hub Leads and the People Capability (PC) chain to manage regulatory and competency requirements, leveraging global solutions where possible.
Engage with local business/functions to align People Capability interventions with their needs or escalate to the PC Management Team for review.
Promote the development of the Creative and Delivery Discipline, managing risks and ensuring governance and quality assurance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing among Discipline practitioners.
Empower practitioners, bringing energy and motivation, and incorporate external thought leadership and innovative practices to upskill teams.
Ensure ongoing people upskilling to meet current and future job requirements.
Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, conduct, and compliance issues collaboratively.
Design annual learning plans for UAE Nationals and targeted sub-populations.
Track and report on Emiratization learning initiatives.
Partner with EIF for certifications, offerings, and bespoke learning interventions.
Plan and execute UAE National events like Emirati Women's Day and Eid Al Etihad.
Align training planning with Emiratization standards.

Qualifications

B.Sc. or relevant first degree
English language; Arabic is an advantage
