And you are
A seasoned Software Engineer with a strong background in building scalable, distributed backend services (3+ years).
Proficient in Typescript, NestJS, and Python, with bonus points for Golang.
Experienced with relational and NoSQL databases, and skilled in data modeling.
A master of API design principles, excelling in gRPC and REST APIs.
Proficient in messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
Knowledgeable about workflow management platforms such as Temporal or similar technologies.
Familiar with card schemes like VISA and MASTERCARD, especially real-time card transaction processing.
Equipped with prior involvement in ledger management or financial data systems.
Familiar with accounting systems like Quickbooks, NetSuite, and others.
Experienced with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, etc.) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Driven by a passion for fintech innovation and eager to contribute to our mission-driven startup environment.

Fortify the security, reliability, and performance of backend services through rigorous testing and optimization.
Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience.
Stay at the forefront of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in our fintech solutions.
