About This Role

Renaissance Global are recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey business to join our growing team based in Dubai.

As the Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey, you will identify and generate new business opportunities with international schools across a diverse and fast-growing region. Your role will focus on initiating meaningful conversations with school leaders, understanding their goals, and positioning our solutions to meet their needs. Arabic language skills and experience navigating the region's education landscape will be highly valuable.

You'll communicate performance metrics, market insights and questions to your direct line manager on a weekly basis. You will identify, understand and research lists of international schools and groups to target, and creatively personalize and develop campaigns to generate new business opportunities, whilst collaborating within a team.

Sales Development Representative Job Responsibilities

When looking at the responsibilities can be broken down into the following areas:

Successfully segment your region into key focus areas to target international schools.
Build and qualify a pipeline of top-of-the-funnel leads across the region, with a focus on international and bilingual schools.
Use English and Arabic (if fluent) to communicate effectively with senior school stakeholders understanding their needs, pain-points and goals.
Create tailored outreach campaigns that reflect local culture, school structures, and education trends.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to maximise lead generation and ensure timely follow-up and qualification of inbound leads generated through campaigns, digital initiatives, and other marketing activities.
Coordinate lead flow and follow-up efforts linked to regional events, conferences, and international market visits, ensuring seamless alignment between marketing, international consultants and the contracted international school groups.
Collaborate with the regional sales team to support seamless handovers of qualified opportunities.
Track and report on lead activity, market trends, and performance metrics using CRM tools ensuring data accuracy and visibility.
Contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Skills And Experience Required

To be considered for the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Middle East, Egypt, and Turkey, we are looking for an experienced sales development professional who has a proven track record of operating in highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment

You Will Also Have Or Be

Experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally within EdTech or SaaS.
Demonstrated history of proven results in a prior SDR role
Driven to learn and succeed in Edtech sales
Excited to execute innovative, targeted campaigns to new international regions
Excellent phone, written and verbal skills
Fluent in English essential and Arabic a strong advantage (written and verbal).
Deep understanding of the international/bilingual school landscape in the Middle East, Egypt and Turkey
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Self-starter with a high level of cultural intelligence and sensitivity, who looks for creative solutions to build connections and generate active leads.

Additional information:

This is role is a Hybrid role based out of our newly acquired, Internet City Dubai offices, with the expectation with some travel to other offices as required for team meetings.

We offer a competitive salary of up to 147,000. 00 Dirham dependant on experience, with the ability to earn up to 73,5000 (Dirham) per annum in commission, Plus lots of amazing benefits.

The successful applicant will be hired initially under an EOR, and then transferred to being an Renaissance employee, once the Newly opened office is fully operational.
