Responsible for combining elixirs and creating extraordinary cocktails
• Conduct weekly training sessions on beverage pouring practices, cocktail mixing and up-selling
• Achieve total guest satisfaction and organizational profitability through effective utilization of all resources
• Delight the guest by offering trend setting and innovative products and services
• Contribute to sales activities and assist in maximizing revenue
• Prepare store requisitions and bar requisitions
• Deep knowledge on unique ingredients around the world and clear understanding of taste & flavors.
• You will also be in charge of training and mentoring the entire bar/restaurant team with a focus on cocktails, ensuring their knowledge is second to none and they are able to assist our guests in the best possible way.
• You are aware of revenue targets and ensuring these are achieved and exceeded, simultaneously all costs are controlled within pre-set budgets including beverage cost and other expenses.
• In collaboration with your team, you ensure fantastic quality of beverage preparation, presentation and beverage inventory control.

• Expertise in usage of modern bar equipment and modern cocktail making techniques.
• Teamwork-oriented
• Previous bartending experience of 2-3 years is a plus
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
