We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic Early Years / Foundation Stage Teacher Assistants to join our primary department. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where children can discover their potential and talents in a variety of settings, fostering creativity and a sense of belonging.
Note: Only applicants already residing in Dubai will be considered.
About the Role
The successful candidates will demonstrate motivation, engagement, and the ability to support and inspire children to achieve high standards and effective outcomes. Experience in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage or the UK National Curriculum, either in the UK or internationally, is preferred.
Professional Responsibilities
Work with teachers to establish a suitable learning environment.
Prepare and maintain equipment and resources for learning activities.
Implement teaching programs, adapting activities based on student responses and needs.
Encourage children's participation and engagement in learning activities.
Build positive relationships with students, acting as a role model and responding to individual needs.
Promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion among children.
Assist teachers with clerical and administrative tasks.
Education
Applicants must have at least a High School diploma or degree in English and Mathematics, as per regulations.
