Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Data Visualization and Reporting
Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights effectively to stakeholders.
Leverage tools like Power BI, Tableau, and MS Excel to deliver interactive and dynamic visual representations of complex datasets.
Ensure alignment of all data outputs with corporate branding and design standards.
Data Analysis and Interpretation
Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
Conduct market benchmarking, customer journey analysis, and operational optimization studies.
Presentation and Materials Development
Prepare high-impact presentations for diverse audiences, including executive leadership, external stakeholders, and government entities.
Develop materials such as brochures, investment teasers, and business cases to support strategic initiatives and investment projects.
Ensure materials are visually compelling and narratively coherent to effectively convey data-driven stories.
Strategic Support
Contribute to the creation of public and internal analytical reports, surveys, and publications.
Collaborate across departments to centralize data governance and improve organizational analytics capabilities.
Support post-merger integrations and strategic initiatives with clear, data-backed recommendations.
Qualifications

General Accountabilities:
Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency in all deliverables.
Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements :
Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field from a reputable institution.
At least 7 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or strategy roles.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Proven ability to synthesize complex datasets into actionable insights.
Exceptional ability to present findings in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.
Fluency in English.
