Duties and Responsibilities:

Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading software, including HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, CAD, 2D Analysis, and ArcPro, enhancing your ability to bring innovative designs to fruition.

Your Role with Us:
This is a full-time, in-office position where your work will directly contribute to our team's success.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks from hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to preparing detailed reports and construction plans.
While this role does not have supervisory responsibilities, it offers a pathway to significant professional development within a supportive and energetic team environment

Required Skills:

Graduates holding a bachelors degree in civil engineering, eager to apply their knowledge and skills in a real-world setting
Individuals with 0-3 years of experience, ready to tackle complex engineering challenges using advanced modeling software
New professionals who have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam, with the goal of obtaining Texas Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certification within 6 months
Candidates with a strong foundation in technical writing and communication, proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF editing tools, who can develop and maintain relationships with peers, clients, and public agency staff
