Director of Product

Our client is looking for a Director of Product to lead the product strategy and execution for their innovative offerings. This role will focus on developing a deep understanding of market needs and translating them into effective product solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

Lead the product management team in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and alignment.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to continually refine product offerings.

Develop and implement metrics to assess product performance and drive improvements.

Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product development.

Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team.

Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.

Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.

Experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
