Position Overview:
Pivot Onsite Innovations has an immediate need for an experienced and passionate Athletic Trainer at our client's site in a PRN role (as-needed).
This position offers an opportunity to work at a dynamic worksite and make an impact on employee health, wellness, and safety! Looking for a PRN to cover as-needed shifts:

The Industrial Athletic Trainer will plan, coordinate, and supervise all components of a worksite injury management and health improvement program for employees.
Unique skills of an Industrial Athletic Trainer include a focus on injury prevention and evaluation, ergonomic risk assessments and corrective action planning, OSHA emergency/first aid treatment, health education, and worksite health promotion and marketing activities.
Position Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive wellness assessments and ergonomic risk analysesDevelop and implement site-specific wellness initiatives and programsUse innovative, creative solutions and employee empowerment to design and implement ergonomic interventionsProvide first-aid treatment and management for musculoskeletal complaints including the use of ice, heat, wellness stretches, massage, tape techniques, and non-rigid bracingProvide orthopedic injury assessments.
As per the state practice act, this position does not provide rehabilitation services, but will participate in education and injury preventionCoordinate and implement treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercise, modalities, and work conditioning as necessaryPerform data analysis and execute administrative tasks including, but not limited to, collection of data, completion of forms, documenting patient files, and generating reports for return on investment and budgetsCreate an environment of trust and care, allowing workers to take responsibility to reduce or eliminate actions under their control that contribute to injury and illnessCommunicate regularly with safety personnel regarding rehab and injury prevention activities and be a patient advocate for non-occupational injuriesAttend meetings and serve on committees as requested by clientOpportunity to author articles for various newsletters and the company Intranet site as neededPosition may require proof of COVID-19 vaccinationPosition Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in related fieldBoard of Certification (BOC) certifiedState licensure/certificationCurrent First Aid/CPR/AED certificationWilling to travel to various client locationsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with client and employeesPreferred:
Minimum of two (2) years of athletic training experienceKnowledge of OSHA Recordability and worker's compensationProficient with Microsoft OfficePrevious ergonomic/occupational health experienceCEAS/OSHA10 certificationBenefits:
