Qualifications Required qualifications:
Masters degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in healthcare administration.
Proficiency in computer operations, including word processing.
Demonstrates community commitment.
Ability to lead at all management levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must obtain Sexual Harassment Certification within 6 months and maintain it biennially.

Compensation and Benefits The hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that can be tailored to individual needs.
Our Total Rewards includes paid time off, a 401K plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and voluntary benefits.
The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, including wages, benefits, and other compensation.
The final offer will consider skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure at the time of hire.
