About Our Client
Founded in 1946, our client has over 75 years of experience supplying components and systems to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in various industries. This particular facility contributes to the company's diverse product portfolio, which includes parts for residential appliances (refrigeration, cooking, laundry), commercial refrigeration, HVAC systems, and home/office organizational products.
Drive New Product Development / New Process Introduction efforts
Participate in quoting of projects
Oversee engineering operations between two facilities
Approve new processes and find most efficient manufacturing processes for existing product lines
Collaborate regularly with quality, operations, and supply chain departments to ensure OTD

The Successful Applicant 3-5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelors degree in engineering
Experience with AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks
Quoting experience
Experience with project based work
What's on Offer Base salary up to $130,000 based on experience
