General Summary of Position
MedStar Health is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehab team at Medstar National Rehabilitation Hospital! The ideal candidate will be a licensed Occupational Therapist with a high level of problem-solving skills, the ability to work cohesively within a team environment and excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
As an Occupational Therapist I IP, you will be responsible for initial evaluation, reevaluation, treatment planning, treatment implementation, reporting, and documentation of all referred patients within departmental and professional standards.
Serves as a resource in specified area of expertise.
Participates in organizing educational activities and special projects and facilitates staff development.
