As an LPN, you will be responsible for monitoring patients, conducting routine health checks, and assisting a dynamic clinical team. Ideal candidates will possess strong observational skills, a deep sense of empathy, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients during their treatment
Perform regular checks of vital signs
Ensure timely administration of medications
Support RNs and medical team members in the community
Communicate effectively with patients' families
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited LPN program
Proficient in computer skills
Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
A genuine passion for caring for seniors
