*Senior Delivery Manager
• Job Purpose
• Senior Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of complex projects and services. They ensure that business objectives are met by aligning teams, resources, and processes with organizational goals. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, optimizing service delivery, and driving continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Role and Responsibilities
• Strategic Delivery Management:
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services and projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure projects and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stakeholder & Client Management:
• Act as the primary escalation point for key stakeholders and clients, ensuring strong relationships.
• Conduct regular service reviews and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Drive a customer-focused approach to delivery, ensuring business needs and expectations are met.
• Leadership & Team Management:
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of delivery managers, project managers, and service teams.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the delivery team.
• Ensure resource allocation and workload management align with business priorities.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Implement best practices and frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, or Lean methodologies.
• Use data-driven insights to track service performance and make informed decisions.
• Performance Management:
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess service and project success.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure Deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and client requirements.
• Monitor Feedback and use it for process Improvement.
• Qualifications and Education Requirement
• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field. Experience: 7-10+ years in delivery management, project management, or IT services, with leadership experience. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Agile, ITIL, Lean, DevOps, or similar frameworks.
