Senior (7+ years)We are looking for a highly experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our global technology team.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, design and deliver solutions, and support digital transformation initiatives across multiple regions.Ready to make an impact in a high-performing, international environment?Apply now and join a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.8+ years of experience in business analysis within IT implementation projects.Proven ability to analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry best practices.Strong skills in business process modeling and data analysis.Experience with application lifecycle management tools (e.g., Azure Dev Ops / VSTS / TFS).Familiarity with process development methodologies and implementation frameworks.Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather/document requirements effectively.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and drive tasks to completion.Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).? Nice to Have:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, TOGAF).Experience working in large, global organizations with complex IT landscapes.
