About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategically minded Senior Product Manager - Compliance and Governance to oversee the governance framework and ensure regulatory compliance across our product portfolio. This is a fixed-term role ending on 30 June 2026.

This role is pivotal in mitigating risks, aligning product initiatives with policies and regulations, and supporting teams in delivering compliant, customer-centric solutions.

Develop and maintain a robust product governance framework aligned with regulatory and internal risk requirements.
Lead initiatives to improve product governance controls.
Support product approval and review processes, ensuring compliance with conduct and risk standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide compliance guidance throughout the product lifecycle.

About you

Experience in compliance, product governance, or risk management, ideally within regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
Solid understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred experience with product lifecycle management tools and governance.
Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
