The MSA Program Manager will lead the Digital MSA teams for Milestone. Reporting to the Managing Director, they will maintain strong client relationships, manage service delivery, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include contract management, compliance oversight, team leadership, and supporting business growth in Ireland and Europe.

Responsibilities

Lead the Digital MSA teams responsible for IT/OT systems on life sciences manufacturing sites (e.g., PAS, PLC, HMI, OEM, BMS, Historian, and MES).
Promote a safe site culture across the business.
Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple managed services agreements to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align services with client expectations and standards.
Monitor service performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering excellence and accountability, and supporting training and development.
Support the development of new managed service business in Ireland and Europe, including managing sites as needed.
Prepare and present reports on the status, progress, and outcomes of managed services agreements to clients and leadership.
Ensure compliance with client and company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and cGMP standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Automation, Information Technology, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and team motivation abilities.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of process control and industrial automation systems.
Knowledge of regulatory standards in Life Sciences (e.g., GAMP, ISA-S88, ISA-95, ISA-62443).

Additional Desired Criteria

Master's degree in Business Administration.
Familiarity with DeltaV control systems.
Knowledge of Rockwell and Siemens PLCs.
Experience with MES systems like Aveva PI, Syncade/PAS-X.
