Engineer Manager – Spain Division

Thermal Works is seeking a highly motivated Engineer Manager to lead and support the technical deployment of our advanced cooling systems in Spain.
This role is a foundational part of our new regional division and will play a critical role in developing local technical capabilities to support our growing equipment base.
The selected candidate will undergo intensive training at our U.S.
headquarters to become a subject matter expert on our systems.
Upon returning to Spain, the Engineer Manager will act as a technical liaison between the field and U.S.
operations, provide support for system commissioning and troubleshooting, and help build and lead a local technical team.

Are you ready to join the journey? Key Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
Participate in a comprehensive training program at Thermal Works' U.S.
headquarters Serve as the primary technical lead for all field activities in Spain Coordinate with local contractors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of equipment Lead and mentor a small team of local field technicians Support system commissioning, diagnostics, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with U.S.-based leadership and engineering for technical feedback and improvements Assist with planning and scaling regional technical operations Support the hiring and training of future team members Skills & Requirements Education / Experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent technical field) 5 years of experience in a technical field role, including equipment installation, commissioning, or service Proven leadership or team management experience Specific Skills / Abilities Willingness and ability to travel to the United States for extended training Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Experience working with HVAC, cooling systems, or mission-critical infrastructure is preferred Fluent in English and Spanish (additional European languages are a strong plus) Great Place to Work Enjoy… A fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture focused on innovation.
