We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, inventory, logistics, and customer support for our advanced micro- and nanofabrication operations. You will craft supply chain strategies, negotiate with global suppliers, and ensure seamless material flow from order to delivery, maintaining cost-effectiveness, quality, compliance, and timeliness. Close collaboration with R&D, production, and commercial teams will drive continuous improvement across systems and data. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, supplier relationship skills, and a process improvement mindset.

Key responsibilities

1. Procurement
2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
3. Manage procurement of raw materials, goods, and services, including ordering and follow-up.
4. Negotiate with suppliers for quality and cost-effectiveness.
5. Oversee inventory levels and values.
6. Maintain and update system data (suppliers, articles, inventories, BOMs, ERP).
7. Analyze stock levels and demand forecasting.
8. Conduct annual inventory audits.
9. Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for quality standards.

Logistics

1. Oversee logistics and distribution for timely delivery.
2. Manage logistical challenges like delays, customs, and damages.

Supply Chain

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily operations and objectives.
2. Analyze supply chain data to identify improvements.
3. Implement new systems to optimize processes.

Customer Support

1. Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries related to orders and shipments.
2. Resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
3. Provide proactive updates on order status.
4. Collaborate internally to address customer needs and improve service.
5. Develop processes to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related; Master's or certifications a plus.
• 4+ years in procurement or supply chain, especially in high-tech environments, including global sourcing and negotiation.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, analytics, and demand planning.
• Proven track record in inventory management, logistics, and OTIF performance.
• Knowledge of ISO/AS standards and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for partnering with R&D, production, finance, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with sustainability and ESG sourcing is a plus.
