We are world leaders in the pharmaceutical, food, mission critical, medtech, advanced manufacturing and energy sectors.
We currently have a requirement for a CQV Utility Engineer for a client site in Denmark. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation and commissioning of HVAC, WFI, Clean Air, LPHW, Compressed Air, and Chilled Water in a project environment.
This is for a large scale pharmaceutical project.
This is a site based role, 12+ months
Responsibilities

Develop and execute installation, operational and performance verification protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) ensuring that all issues identified during execution are managed correctly, efficiently and in accordance to site procedures.
Support the schedule of qualification activities.
Provide technical oversight and guidance to resolve issues for the utility systems on site from commissioning through to qualification.
Work closely with the commissioning engineering ensuring that handover of utility systems is acceptable
Escalate issues that could result in a delay to the qualification schedule
Work collaboratively with project support groups (e. g. automation, construction, engineering, end user, quality) and their management to influence decisions
Knowledge of recent regulations (ICH, ASTM, FDA, ISPE) and modern CQV practices.
Manage and report on their workload and progress weekly to the CVQ Lead
Coordinate with and assist other C and Q activities as needed to facilitate completion of C and Q work.
Abide by all safety requirements and procedures pertaining to their role; serve as a positive model to others in this regard.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level in Engineering, or Science related area
Minimum of 5 years' experience gained within a Life Sciences environment in a commissioning and/or validation role
Previous experience with commissioning of HVAC, WFI, Clean Air, LPHW, Compressed Air, Chilled Water in a project environment.
Knowledge of GMP'S, regulatory requirements, utility commissioning and qualification
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff.
Hands on attitude, and proficiency in both field work and documentation
