We are a dynamic accounting team committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for an Accounts Payable to join our team for maternity coverage until August 2025.

As an Accounts Payable, you'll play a critical role in supporting the accounting team with various tasks including reconciliation of purchase orders to received invoices and following up on unapproved invoices.

The opportunity:

The primary tasks:

Reconciliation of purchase orders to received vendor invoices
Assistance with daily bookkeeping
Assistance with payment of invoices
Assistance with bank reconciliation
Assistance with reconciliation of creditors and suppliers
Other relevant ad hoc tasks

Qualifications:

We seek a team member who can identify with the description below:

A relevant education within accounting, economy, or similar with 1-3 years of working experience
You are fluent in English both orally and in writing
Experience with Excel

Skills and Attributes:

Independent with strong interpersonal skills
Analytical with excellent problem-solving ability
Structured with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to prioritize, organize, and plan tasks
Service-minded and a great team player
