We are currently seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Student Worker to join our Quality Control Department within Offshore Execution.
This role is perfect for a student currently enrolled in or about to enroll in a study program.
The ideal candidate will have good people and social skills to ensure a smooth and efficient stakeholder management and positive communication within our department.
We are a department of 54 Internal and 56 external employees consisting of mainly Project Quality Inspectors and Non-Conformity Coordinators.
Other then that the team Consists of Planners/Coordinators and 3 Team Leads.
We would like to onboard a candidate who could see a future within Siemens Gamesa since we would like to offer mentoring to support a career path within the organization.

IT Equipment
• Maintain an overview of IT orders and handouts, tracking inspector names, IT equipment types, and handout/hand-in dates.
• Pick up and distribute IT orders from Denmark/Brande, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Collaborate with the back-office team on IT equipment orders and manage the collection of IT equipment packages from external inspectors at the end of their tenure.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Provide support to the internal Quality team by assisting inspectors with PPE orders and organizing recertifications.
• Maintain the training profiles of the Quality team by conducting GAP analysis reports and booking necessary trainings to ensure compliance and 'green' profiles.
Training
• Support the booking of trainings via our training tool or external providers.
• Upload certificates from inspectors to the internal training tool and perform weekly reports.
• Update training-related Excel sheets with links and assist with competence Share Point updates.
Additionally
• Calendar support
• Point of support towards the Team leads within Quality Control.
• Point of contact for support from the on-site Quality inspectors Qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled or about to enroll in a study program.
If already enrolled there should be a MINIMUM of 1 year left of your studies.
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Good communicator with a positive attitude.
