We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Associate of Financial Operations to join our dynamic CI Wealth Operations team.
The Senior Associate of Financial Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and processing commissions, interest, and fees for Introducing Broker and Portfolio Manager clients.
The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, and provide exceptional support to internal teams and clients.

Accurately calculate, process, and reconcile commissions for clients based on agreed-upon schedules and contracts.
Compute and distribute interest payments or accruals for client accounts, ensuring alignment with custodial agreements and market rates.
Administer and process various fees, including custodial, transaction, and advisory fees, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
Reconciliation:
Perform regular reconciliations of financial transactions to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Data Integrity:
Maintain and update financial records in internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
Compliance:
Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal controls.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
~Proficiency in financial software and systems.
~ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
~ Familiarity with custodial operations and client account management.
