Participer activement aux ventes sur le plancher Assurer le bon fonctionnement du magasin :
gestion des stocks, suivis clients, retours Coordonner l'équipe sur place et accompagner les nouveaux agents Suivre les appels proactifs dans Salesforce, Millénium, etc. Collaborer aux initiatives de gestion et de développement de l'équipe Stimuler la proactivité commerciale :
gestion des listes d'appels via Salesforce, Millénium et acquisitions. Garantir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et agréable. Participer au développement de ton équipe et au tien. Assister aux rencontres de gestion à l'occasion. Ce que l'on cherche :
