À propos du poste
Tu exerceras ton emploi à l'un de nos bureaux situés à Trois-Rivières, Saint-Basile de Portneuf, Victoriaville ou Québec pour Promutuel Assurance Les Bâtisseurs.
À quoi ressemblera ta semaine de travail?
Planifier, coordonner et exécuter les activités reliées à la gestion de projet afin de s'assurer de la livraison du projet en respectant la portée, l'échéancier, les budgets et les objectifs établis.
S'imprégner de la culture de l'organisation et de ses départements afin de permettre une meilleure compréhension de la mission, des mandats et des besoins des différents services de la mutuelle et ainsi, les conseiller et les accompagner;
Mobiliser les parties prenantes dans les différentes phases du projet afin de favoriser l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires.
Communiquer l'avancement des projets aux différentes instances et comités de manière simplifiée, proactive et transparente;
Veiller à ce que les activités de gestion du changement soient intégrées dans les activités du plan de projet afin de maximiser l'adhésion des parties prenante;
Identifier les enjeux et les bloquants et mettre en œuvre des actions pour éliminer ou atténuer les risques;
Collaborer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques en gestion de projet.
As-tu ce profil-LÀ?
Détenir un BAC en administration des affaires ou l'équivalent.
Posséder un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets ou en gestion d'équipes multidisciplinaires
Connaissances du domaine de l'assurance (atout)
Être en mesure de gérer les projets en mode agile afin de livrer de la valeur et selon les priorités de la mutuelle
Leadership
Gestion d'équipes de travail multidisciplinaires
Capacité à déléguer et à mobiliser
Capacité d'analyse et d'influence
