À propos de MFQ MFQ opère le complexe minier à ciel ouvert du Lac Bloom situé à environ 13 km au nord de Fermont, au Québec, dans la Fosse du Labrador.
De plus, vous serez responsable de la gestion de la main-d'œuvre syndiquée et de la gestion des superviseurs sous votre responsabilité.
Vous vous joindrez à l'équipe actuelle de superviseurs généraux pour compléter un quatuor qui se partagera les responsabilités de supervision de nos trois départements des opérations minières, soit le service mine, le forage et dynamitage ainsi que la production.
Veiller à l'exécution du plan minier par les superviseurs et employés et mettre en place des actions correctives pour atteindre les objectifs de production.
Assurer le respect des procédures et processus (analyses de risques, sécurité des tâches, "prends 5", etc.) Gérer une équipe multidisciplinaire (26 superviseurs, plus de 250 employés syndiqués), en développant leurs compétences, en assurant la gestion du personnel et la conformité des politiques de travail et de la convention collective.
Un diplôme d'études collégiales - Technique minérale ou expérience jugée équivalente dans le domaine minier.
