We are seeking a highly skilled Architect-JAVA to join our team!The ideal candidate will have experience in Spring Boot, Microservices, Spring Core, REST Web Services, Core Java and PL/SQL.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in Java and Microservices to join our dynamic team in a hybrid work environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers and driving the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
As a Technical Lead, you will apply your expertise in Java to develop high-performance applications while demonstrating microservices architecture.
You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams, including product management, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Your leadership will not only guide technical decisions but also mentor and elevate the skills of your team members.

In this role, you will:

Lead the design and development of sophisticated software solutions using Spring Boot, Microservices, and Spring Core.
Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure flawless integration with existing systems.
Provide technical expertise in Core Java and PL/SQL to optimize application performance.
Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their technical skills.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalability and reliability of applications.

What you'll need to succeed (required skills):

Must have 8+ years of experience in Spring Core, REST, Web Service, Microservices, Spring BootPL/SQLCore Java.
Possess a solid grasp of Docker Container Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Have hands-on experience with API Gateway Rest API and JSON Web Token.
Demonstrate expertise in Netflix Hystrix Eureka and Apache Log4J.
Show proficiency in Mockito Junit and automated testing frameworks.
Be skilled in Redis EHCache and performance optimization techniques.
Have experience with GITHUB Gradle and version control systems.
Team lead experience and Design experience is must.
Have experience with Maven and build automation tools.

What will help you stand out (preferred skills):

Be knowledgeable in Spring Framework, Spring MVC and Spring Core.
Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus.
Have a good understanding of SOAP-based web services and integration.
Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Have good communication and teamwork abilities.
