Roles and Responsibilities:

The Delivery Consultant is a key member of the Canadian Professional Services Delivery team. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales and delivery teams to plan, design, and implement industry-recognized network and security solutions using technologies such as:

1. Routing, Switching, Wireless, and Data Centre (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.)
2. Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switching
3. Additional assets include:

o Software Defined Networking (Cisco ACI, VMware NSX)

o Software Defined WAN (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud)

o Cisco DNA (Automation, Assurance, SDA)

o Cloud Network Architecture for Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google)

o Cloud Security for Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google)

Additional responsibilities involve:

• Assisting in scoping activities for customer statements of work
• Participating in technology assessments and discovery
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions

Required Skills and Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, with a strong background in network and security
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in technical writing for proposals and documentation
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and customer-facing skills
• Effective presentation skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience in assessment, discovery, and delivery processes
• Experience with technologies such as:

o Cisco Catalyst series, Meraki, Aruba CX and Wireless, Cisco ACI, VMware NSX, VMware ESXi, wireless access controllers, and cloud wireless solutions

o Cisco ISE, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), DNS, DHCP, IPv6

Additional requirements include:

• Travel availability (~15-20% annually within Canada)
• Proof of Covid-19 vaccination for onsite work
• BSc in Computer Science or related field, or a 3-year Technologist Diploma
• Certifications such as Cisco CCIE (Asset), CISSP (Asset)
