Job Summary:

Reporting to the CEO, as the Director of Sales & Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic revenue growth, forming influential partnerships, and expanding our market presence within the private aesthetic and healthcare sector. You will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate closely with product development and marketing, and ensure our solutions align with industry needs and trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
Forge and nurture partnerships with key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.
Lead, inspire, and mentor the sales team , fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Strategically analyze market trends and customer insights to guide product positioning and development initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns and create comprehensive sales enablement tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and client retention.
Provide detailed sales forecasts and performance reports to the executive leadership team.
Represent the organization at high-profile industry events, conferences, and networking functions to strengthen market presence.

Must-Haves:

Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and business development within the SaaS or healthcare industry.
Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to align sales goals with broader business objectives.
In-depth understanding of the private paid healthcare system , regulations, and emerging technologies.
Track record of success in leading and scaling sales teams while consistently achieving or exceeding revenue goals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills .
Expertise in developing strategic partnerships to enhance market positioning and revenue growth.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in fast-paced startup environments or rapidly scaling companies.
Knowledge of the broader private pay healthcare landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Insight into emerging trends in healthcare SaaS and marketing.
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.

From $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year + 170k OTE
