Monitor and inspect equipment, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, meters, and other instruments to measure temperature, pressure, and fuel flow.
Detect and address leaks or equipment malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.Respond to tenant concerns regarding heating and cooling systems.Supervise contractors and schedule quarterly maintenance.Operate and maintain the fire panel, manage water treatment systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks.Qualifications:
