Oakleaf Partnership is working with a global CPG business to hire a HR leader for their Montreal factory.This is a high profile leadership position.
You will work with site management and wider business leadership to drive productivity and efficiencies at the factory.This role leads a team of HR professionals.Reporting to the Head of HR - Supply Chain, the HR Lead will shape talent strategies, improve processes, and drive cultural change for about 1000 employees.
Key Responsibilities include:
HR Processes:
Oversee hiring, training, workforce planning, compensation, and organizational changes.Talent Management:
Develop employees, manage staffing plans, and facilitate internal talent moves.Labor Relations:
Handle employee concerns, resolve grievances, and manage union strategy.Culture & Engagement:
Promote company values, drive cultural transformation, and boost employee satisfaction.Compliance:
Ensure HR policies follow employment laws.Analytics:
Use data to guide decisions.Strategy:
Address business challenges with effective HR solutions.

Une expérience en milieu syndiqué est essentielle.
Relevant au Directeur RH - Chaîne d'approvisionnement, le Partenaire RH jouera un rôle clé dans l'élaboration des stratégies de talents, l'amélioration des processus et la conduite du changement culturel pour environ 1000 employés.Ce poste supervise également une équipe RH.Responsabilités principales :
Processus RH :
Gérer le recrutement, la formation, la planification de la main-d'œuvre, la rémunération et les changements organisationnels.
Gestion des talents :
Développer les compétences, gérer les plans de dotation et faciliter la mobilité interne.
Relations de travail :
Gérer les préoccupations des employés, résoudre les griefs et diriger la stratégie syndicale.
Culture et mobilisation :
Promouvoir les valeurs de l'entreprise, soutenir la transformation culturelle et améliorer l'engagement des employés.
Conformité :
S'assurer que les politiques RH respectent les lois du travail en vigueur.
Analyse de données :
Utiliser les données RH pour orienter les décisions.
Stratégie :
