We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated Strategic Planner to play a key role in shaping brand strategies and driving new business initiatives. As a Strategic Planner, you'll work closely with account leads, providing strategic guidance, conducting market research, and developing compelling presentations.
Strategic Planning:
Respond to strategic briefs, support annual planning, and develop tactical/creative/strategic briefs.
Market Research:
Lead market research projects, analyze data, and identify key insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for internal brand teams, fostering a positive team dynamic.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred .
~3+ years of experience in brand strategy or market research preferred .
~Strong foundational understanding of strategic planning principles.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
~ Working knowledge in the application of CRM systems for omnichannel planning social media platforms.
A background in media strategy and/or channel planning is an asset.

Planification stratégique :
Répondre aux briefs stratégiques, soutenir la planification annuelle et élaborer des briefs tactiques/créatifs/stratégiques.
Étude de marché :
Mener des projets d'étude de marché, analyser les données et identifier les idées clés.
Solide compréhension des principes fondamentaux de la planification stratégique.
Excellentes compétences en analyse, en résolution de problèmes et en pensée critique.
Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Connaissance pratique des outils de recherche (bases de données et des plateformes d'engagement client) y compris SERMO, Datamonitor.
Connaissance pratique de l'application des systèmes CRM pour la planification omnicanal des plateformes de médias sociaux.
Une expérience en stratégie média et/ou en planification de canaux est un atout.
