Notre concessionnaire St-Jérôme Chevrolet qui est classé 2e meilleur vendeur au Québec est à la recherche d'un Directeur(trice) des opérations fixes.
En remplacement du Vice-président des opérations fixes qui sera appelé à effectuer d'autres mandats dans notre organisation, le candidat idéal devra avoir contribué au succès d'un concessionnaire solide et réputé tout en ayant un style de gestion participatif.

Avec 21 baies de mécanique dans notre atelier, la personne devra maintenir un service de réparations de grande qualité et réduire les retours.
Assurer la santé et la sécurité du milieu de travail en faisant appliquer les lois à cet égard.
Élaborer des stratégies pour optimiser les processus opérationnels et améliorer la satisfaction de la clientèle.
Administrer les demandes de règlements relatifs à la garantie afin de s'assurer que les politiques de garanties soient respectées.
Établir les barèmes de prix relatifs aux opérations fixes et en faire la recommandation à la direction.
Établir les besoins en recrutement, effectuer les embauches et la formation du personnel sous sa responsabilité.
Tenir à intervalles réguliers des réunions d'équipe et s'assurer de la satisfaction des 35 employés en place.
Mettre en place un climat favorable avec l'équipe d'aviseur pour entretenir des relations harmonieuses avec les clients afin de les fidéliser et de s'assurer de recueillir leurs recommandations en ce qui concerne des clients potentiels.
Analyser les performances des opérations fixes à l'aide d'indicateurs clés, et mettre en œuvre des améliorations basées sur les résultats.
Superviser un système de contrôle de satisfaction à la clientèle.
Traiter les plaintes des clients dans les plus brefs délais, selon les modalités de la concession.
Travailler conjointement avec le Directeur des pièces pour s'assurer que les inventaires et les budgets soient respectés.
Participer à toute réunion de gestion nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du département.
Être en mesure de travailler sur différents logiciels et avoir une aisance avec l'informatique Salaire et avantages :
