The Area Operations Manager will be based in Medicine Hat, AB. Nestled in the picturesque South Saskatchewan River Valley, it is a flourishing city of over 65,000. What You'll Be Doing

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain relationships with the community and with our customers, including regular communication and job site visits as appropriate.

What Are We Looking For

Post-Secondary degree in engineering, business, or logistics or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum 8 years industry experience and 3 years at a managerial level
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Competitive base salary - $104,660 - $136,058
