Qualifications and Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant experience as an alternative to formal qualifications.
Experience:
At least 3 years in B2B sales within the industrial sector, ideally working with large-scale packaged food manufacturers.
Proficiency in any CRM system is essential.
Skills Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Knowledge of the Australian food ingredient market is advantageous.
