Partner - Residential Construction Recruitment
Bluestone Recruitment is exclusively partnered with J.G King Homes, Victoria's largest builder of steel frame homes, to recruit a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Reporting to the CEO, this senior executive position will lead the marketing & sales functions across the business.
The role:
Development of sales and marketing strategies that continue to build the J.G King brand and lead the execution of sales and marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
Create, maintain & conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development.
Analyze customer insights, trends & market analysis to build successful sales strategies in conjunction with sales teams.
Lead and guide the product development function within the business.
The successful candidate:
Experience within senior executive roles within the residential building sector, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the industry.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or related fields.
Proven experience creating, developing, implementing & leading sales/marketing strategies + campaigns.
Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools.
Strong project management skills, ability to multi-task.
Excellent leadership qualities, ability to lead, inspire teams and drive business outcomes.
