We're seeking a visionary leader to take our already successful product to the next level and scale our operations globally.
You'll be more than just a CTO; you'll be a key partner, shaping the future of our company and the industry itself.The Challenge:
Our current technical team consists of two junior developers.
We need a seasoned CTO to provide technical leadership, enhance our existing product, and build out a robust, scalable infrastructure.
You'll be responsible for:
Leading the migration of our current CRM extension to a cloud-based platform.Implementing automation features to re-engage fans and improve user engagement tracking.Improving our AI's accuracy and effectiveness, potentially through further LLM fine-tuning or training.Building and mentoring a world-class engineering team.Developing and executing a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with our business goals.Who You Are:
A full-stack developer with a proven track record of building and scaling successful products.An expert in cloud infrastructure and scalable system design.Experienced with Large Language Models (LLMs), including fine-tuning and training.A strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into technical solutions.Someone who is results-oriented and can deliver on time.Someone who is passionate about AI and its potential to transform industries.An entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.What We Offer:
